Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older to manage
- Prior McDonalds management experience required
- Ability to lead and motivate teams
- Knowledge of food safety and quality standards

Job Duties
- Lead shifts maintaining fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
- Manage assigned departments such as Guest Service, Kitchen, or People
- Train and develop crew and managers in service and production procedures
- Oversee food safety, quality control, and inventory management
- Set goals, delegate tasks, and monitor team performance
- Ensure organized and efficient Front Counter, McCafe, and Drive-Thru operations
- Motivate and recognize staff to enhance team morale and performance
