Job Requirements

Must be 18 years or older to manage
Prior McDonalds management experience required
Ability to lead and motivate teams
Knowledge of food safety and quality standards
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Flexible to work varied shifts

Job Qualifications

Previous management experience preferably in restaurant, retail, or hospitality
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Lead shifts maintaining fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
Manage assigned departments such as Guest Service, Kitchen, or People
Train and develop crew and managers in service and production procedures
Oversee food safety, quality control, and inventory management
Set goals, delegate tasks, and monitor team performance
Ensure organized and efficient Front Counter, McCafe, and Drive-Thru operations
Motivate and recognize staff to enhance team morale and performance
