Job Requirements

managers lead shifts every week ensuring customers get fast, accurate, friendly service
assistant managers manage assigned systems including training, food safety, inventory management
set goals and delegate tasks
follow up and report results
responsible for guest service, kitchen, and people departments
previous managerial experience preferred
flexible scheduling availability
must be 18 years or older

Job Duties

ensure excellent guest service by training staff and executing promotions
maintain kitchen quality, safety, and cost control
hire, train, schedule, and motivate crew to meet sales and profit goals
