Job Requirements

  • set goals and delegate tasks
  • follow up and report results
  • responsible for guest service, kitchen, and people departments
  • previous managerial experience preferred

Job Duties

  • ensure excellent guest service by training staff and executing promotions
  • maintain kitchen quality, safety, and cost control
  • hire, train, schedule, and motivate crew to meet sales and profit goals
