Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year restaurant management experience
- Food safety certification according to local or state regulations
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license and insurance for positions requiring driving
- Ability to maintain company standards in guest service and operational compliance
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and handle multiple tasks effectively

Job Duties
- Assist in the overall management of restaurant operations
- Ensure adherence to company guest service standards
- Conduct audits and administrative tasks
- Manage human resource functions including recruitment, training, and employee relations
- Maintain safety and security policies and procedures
- Track and control financials including labor, food, and supplies
- Lead development and training plans for restaurant team
- Handle guest complaint resolution and ensure 100% customer satisfaction
- Implement marketing programs and align staffing with business needs
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards
- Manage cash, equipment, and inventory in accordance with company policies
