Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- at least one year restaurant management experience
- food safety certification as required by state or local regulations
- reliable transportation
- valid driver’s license and insurance for positions requiring driving
- acceptable driving record for positions with significant business driving
- strong personal effectiveness and self-motivation
- ability to operate under minimal supervision
- excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- collaborative team player attitude
- strong management and decision-making abilities
- analytical skills for inventory and report analysis
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- assist in recruitment of shift manager and hourly candidates
- implement and utilize employee orientation program
- facilitate development and training plans for the team
- build and maintain positive work environment
- conduct performance reviews and provide feedback
- manage communication and problem resolution
- ensure restaurant meets guest standards
- lead team to ensure 100 percent guest satisfaction
- track and manage financial controllables including labor and inventory
- maintain and protect company assets
- ensure compliance with training and operational standards
- follow safety and security procedures
- maintain cleanliness and preventive maintenance programs
- comply with health inspection and sanitation procedures
- complete employee and restaurant paperwork timely
- implement and execute marketing programs to fullest
- recognize business generators and plan shifts accordingly
