Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • one year restaurant management experience (QSR preferred)
  • food safety certification according to state or local requirements
  • reliable transportation
  • maintain valid driver’s license and insurance for driving positions
  • maintain acceptable driving record for significant business driving roles

Job Duties

  • assist in recruitment of shift manager and hourly candidates
  • implement and utilize employee orientation program
  • facilitate training and development plans
  • build a positive work environment
  • conduct performance reviews
  • provide feedback and recognition
  • use disciplinary procedures and document performance
  • ensure communication and problem resolution
  • utilize company communication processes
  • escalate matters to higher management or HR
  • ensure restaurant meets guest standards
  • lead team by example for guest satisfaction
  • resolve guest complaints using BLAST
  • manage financial controllables including labor and food costs
  • conduct audits and manage cash
  • maintain operational standards
  • ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation codes
  • maintain cleanliness and preventive maintenance
  • communicate operational variances
  • monitor deletions and over rings
  • complete employee and restaurant paperwork
  • comply with company policies
  • implement marketing programs
  • plan shifts based on traffic patterns
