Job Requirements
- 1+ year of restaurant management or shift-lead experience
- Culinary or line background with confidence on grill and fry stations
- Team-first mindset with dependability, collaboration, and willingness to fill in where needed
- Strong communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
- Comfort with checklists, pars, inventories, and basic scheduling
- Ability to lift 40-50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Food Handler or ServSafe certification or ability to obtain quickly
- POS familiarity such as Toast or similar
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays

Job Duties
- Lead shifts on the floor by setting pace, assigning stations, upholding service standards, and solving problems in real time
- Cook and execute by operating grills, deep fryers, and completing light/prep tasks to support the line during rushes
- Train, motivate, and hold staff accountable to recipes, portioning, and sanitation
- Own guest experience including speed, accuracy, hospitality, and recovery when issues arise
- Assist with daily deployment and break management
- Complete inventory counts, help with ordering, receiving, and waste/variance control
- Ensure line checks, temps, labeling, and station sanitation meet food safety standards
- Handle cash including drawers, deposits, checklists, and facility walkthroughs
