Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- one year restaurant management experience, QSR preferred
- food safety certification
- reliable transportation
- maintain a valid driver's license and insurance
- ability to handle employee performance and disciplinary actions
- knowledge of labor and financial control systems
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work under minimal supervision
- valid driving record for positions requiring significant business driving
Job Qualifications

- minimum one year restaurant management experience preferably in quick-service restaurants
- food safety certification according to state or local regulations
- advanced studies in business, restaurant management, or related fields are helpful

Job Duties
- Assist in adhering to company guest service standards
- audit and manage administrative, human resource, safety, and security policies
- ensure proper training and development of the restaurant team
- meet fiscal goals through labor and inventory management
- build and maintain a positive work environment
- conduct employee performance reviews and provide timely feedback
- ensure 100% customer satisfaction and compliance with company and government regulations
- resolve guest complaints using company processes
- manage company assets including cash, equipment, and inventory
- develop and maintain operational standards and compliance with health and safety codes
- implement marketing programs and optimize shift scheduling
- communicate operational variances and employee issues
- maintain cleanliness and preventive maintenance programs
- comply with company policies and complete required paperwork in a timely manner
