Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum one year of restaurant management experience
- food safety certification according to state or local requirements
- reliable transportation and valid driver’s license and insurance for roles requiring driving
- strong personal effectiveness and ownership of tasks
- excellent organizational and multitasking ability
- ability to handle employee relations and provide work direction
- analytical skills for financial and inventory management
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- one year restaurant management experience, preferably in quick service restaurants
- food safety certification as required by local or state authorities
- knowledge of employee relations and performance management
- ability to analyze reports and conduct inventory counts
- strong organizational and leadership skills

Job Duties
- Assist in recruitment of shift manager and hourly employees
- implement employee orientation and training programs
- conduct performance reviews and provide feedback
- ensure company guest service standards are met
- track and manage financial controllables including labor and supplies
- maintain compliance with safety, sanitation, and operational policies
- execute marketing programs and manage staffing based on business needs
