Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum one year restaurant management experience preferred in quick service restaurant
- food safety certification required
- reliable transportation
- valid driver’s license and insurance for positions requiring driving
- ability to maintain an acceptable driving record if position requires significant business driving
- strong personal effectiveness and ownership of tasks
- excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- ability to work collaboratively and lead a team
- analytical skills to read reports and count inventory accurately
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- assist in the overall management of restaurant operations
- ensure adherence to company guest service standards
- audit and oversee administrative, human resource, safety, and security policies
- ensure proper training and development of restaurant team
- meet fiscal goals of the restaurant
- assist in recruitment and orientation of new employees
- conduct performance reviews and provide employee feedback
- ensure communication and problem resolution during shifts
- lead restaurant team to achieve 100% guest satisfaction
- manage financial controllables including labor, food, and cash handling
- maintain restaurant cleanliness, safety, and operational standards
- ensure compliance with municipal, state, and federal codes
- manage employee and restaurant paperwork
- implement marketing programs
