Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • one year restaurant management experience preferably in QSR
  • food safety certification according to state or local requirements
  • reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance for positions requiring driving
  • maintain valid driver’s license and insurance
  • reliable transportation
  • maintain an acceptable driving record for business driving positions
  • ability to handle multiple tasks
  • excellent attention to detail
  • good communication skills

  • ability to work with minimal supervision

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • assist in recruitment of shift manager and hourly candidates
  • implement employee orientation program
  • facilitate development and training plans for restaurant team
  • build and maintain a positive work environment
  • conduct performance reviews and provide timely feedback
  • use constructive disciplinary procedures and document employee performance
  • ensure communication and problem resolution on all shifts
  • escalate issues to RGM, district manager or HR as needed
  • ensure restaurant meets company guest standards
  • lead team to achieve 100 percent guest satisfaction
  • deliver at or above company standards in VOCs initiatives
  • utilize BLAST when resolving guest complaints
  • track and manage financial controllables including labor, overtime, food and supplies
  • conduct audits and cash management
  • maintain and protect company assets
  • develop CORE behaviors and standards
  • ensure compliance with training standards
  • maintain operational updates and restaurant manuals
  • follow opening, closing, safety and security procedures
  • maintain cleanliness and preventive maintenance
  • ensure compliance with municipal, state and federal codes
  • complete employee and restaurant paperwork timely
  • comply with and enforce company policies
  • implement and execute marketing programs
