Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- one year restaurant management experience preferably in QSR
- food safety certification according to state or local requirements
- reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance for positions requiring driving
- maintain valid driver’s license and insurance
- reliable transportation
- maintain an acceptable driving record for business driving positions
- ability to handle multiple tasks
- excellent attention to detail
- good communication skills

- ability to work with minimal supervision
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- assist in recruitment of shift manager and hourly candidates
- implement employee orientation program
- facilitate development and training plans for restaurant team
- build and maintain a positive work environment
- conduct performance reviews and provide timely feedback
- use constructive disciplinary procedures and document employee performance
- ensure communication and problem resolution on all shifts
- escalate issues to RGM, district manager or HR as needed
- ensure restaurant meets company guest standards
- lead team to achieve 100 percent guest satisfaction
- deliver at or above company standards in VOCs initiatives
- utilize BLAST when resolving guest complaints
- track and manage financial controllables including labor, overtime, food and supplies
- conduct audits and cash management
- maintain and protect company assets
- develop CORE behaviors and standards
- ensure compliance with training standards
- maintain operational updates and restaurant manuals
- follow opening, closing, safety and security procedures
- maintain cleanliness and preventive maintenance
- ensure compliance with municipal, state and federal codes
- complete employee and restaurant paperwork timely
- comply with and enforce company policies
- implement and execute marketing programs
