Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • one year restaurant management experience, QSR preferred
  • food safety certification according to state or local requirements
  • reliable transportation
  • valid driver’s license and insurance
  • maintain an acceptable driving record for positions requiring business driving

Job Duties

  • assist in recruitment of shift manager and hourly candidates
  • implement and utilize company-defined employee orientation program
  • facilitate development and training plans for the restaurant team
  • build and maintain a positive and motivating work environment
  • conduct performance reviews and provide timely feedback
  • use constructive disciplinary procedures and document employee performance
  • ensure communication channels and problem resolution are available on all shifts
  • ensure restaurant meets company guest standards and lead by example
  • deliver at or above company standards in voice of customer initiatives
  • utilize BLAST technique to resolve guest complaints
  • track and manage financial controllables including labor, overtime, food and supplies
  • conduct audits and manage cash and bank deposits
  • maintain operational updates and follow safety and security procedures
  • ensure compliance with health inspections and food safety procedures
  • complete restaurant paperwork timely and ensure execution of all company policies
  • implement and execute marketing programs
  • recognize business generators and plan shifts accordingly
