Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- one year restaurant management experience, QSR preferred
- food safety certification according to state or local requirements
- reliable transportation
- valid driver’s license and insurance
- maintain an acceptable driving record for positions requiring business driving

Job Duties
- assist in recruitment of shift manager and hourly candidates
- implement and utilize company-defined employee orientation program
- facilitate development and training plans for the restaurant team
- build and maintain a positive and motivating work environment
- conduct performance reviews and provide timely feedback
- use constructive disciplinary procedures and document employee performance
- ensure communication channels and problem resolution are available on all shifts
- ensure restaurant meets company guest standards and lead by example
- deliver at or above company standards in voice of customer initiatives
- utilize BLAST technique to resolve guest complaints
- track and manage financial controllables including labor, overtime, food and supplies
- conduct audits and manage cash and bank deposits
- maintain operational updates and follow safety and security procedures
- ensure compliance with health inspections and food safety procedures
- complete restaurant paperwork timely and ensure execution of all company policies
- implement and execute marketing programs
- recognize business generators and plan shifts accordingly
