Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- one year restaurant management experience
- food safety certification
- reliable transportation
- valid driver’s license
- valid insurance for driving-required positions
- acceptable driving record for district managers and assistant managers with significant driving responsibilities

Job Duties
- assist in recruitment of shift manager and hourly candidates
- implement and utilize employee orientation program
- facilitate development and training plans
- build and maintain a positive work environment
- conduct performance reviews and provide timely feedback
- use constructive disciplinary procedures
- ensure communication channels and problem resolution
- ensure restaurant meets guest standards
- lead team to ensure 100 percent guest satisfaction
- deliver company standards in VOCs
- resolve guest complaints using BLAST
- track and manage labor, food, supplies and conduct audits
- manage cash and make bank deposits
- maintain operational updates and restaurant manuals
- follow opening, closing, safety and security procedures
- maintain cleanliness and preventive maintenance
- ensure compliance with health, safety and sanitation codes
- use food safety checklist
- communicate operational variances and employee issues
- monitor deletions and over rings
- complete paperwork timely
- comply with company policies
- implement and execute marketing programs
- plan shifts based on traffic patterns
