Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • one year restaurant management experience
  • food safety certification
  • reliable transportation
  • valid driver’s license
  • valid insurance for driving-required positions
  • acceptable driving record for district managers and assistant managers with significant driving responsibilities

Job Duties

  • assist in recruitment of shift manager and hourly candidates
  • implement and utilize employee orientation program
  • facilitate development and training plans
  • build and maintain a positive work environment
  • conduct performance reviews and provide timely feedback
  • use constructive disciplinary procedures
  • ensure communication channels and problem resolution
  • ensure restaurant meets guest standards
  • lead team to ensure 100 percent guest satisfaction
  • deliver company standards in VOCs
  • resolve guest complaints using BLAST
  • track and manage labor, food, supplies and conduct audits
  • manage cash and make bank deposits
  • maintain operational updates and restaurant manuals
  • follow opening, closing, safety and security procedures
  • maintain cleanliness and preventive maintenance
  • ensure compliance with health, safety and sanitation codes
  • use food safety checklist
  • communicate operational variances and employee issues
  • monitor deletions and over rings
  • complete paperwork timely
  • comply with company policies
  • implement and execute marketing programs
  • plan shifts based on traffic patterns
