Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- one year restaurant management experience
- food safety certification as required by local or state regulations
- reliable transportation
- valid driver’s license and insurance
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong organizational skills
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks under minimal supervision
Job Qualifications

- one year restaurant management experience, QSR preferred
- food safety certification according to state or local requirements
- advanced studies in business or restaurant management helpful
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- ability to analyze reports and conduct inventory counts

Job Duties
- assist in recruitment of shift manager and hourly candidates
- implement and utilize employee orientation programs
- facilitate development and training plans for restaurant team
- build and maintain a positive work environment
- conduct performance reviews and provide feedback
- use constructive disciplinary procedures and document employee performance
- ensure communication and problem resolution on all shifts
- lead restaurant team to achieve 100% guest satisfaction
- resolve guest complaints using company processes
- track and manage financial controllables including labor, food, supplies, and audits
- manage cash and equipment with integrity
- maintain operational standards and compliance with safety procedures
- ensure cleanliness and preventative maintenance
- comply with municipal, state and federal codes and health inspections
- complete employee and restaurant paperwork timely
- implement marketing programs and adjust staffing accordingly
- establish strong relationships with restaurant team, management, vendors, and customers
