Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum one year restaurant management experience
  • valid food safety certification
  • reliable transportation
  • valid driver’s license and insurance
  • ability to maintain compliance with company policies and government regulations
  • strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • ability to handle constructive feedback and operate with minimal supervision

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • assist in recruitment and training of Shift Managers and hourly staff
  • implement and utilize employee orientation and development programs
  • conduct performance reviews and provide feedback
  • ensure continuous communication and problem resolution
  • lead restaurant team to achieve 100% customer satisfaction
  • manage financial controllables including labor and food costs
  • conduct audits and manage cash handling
  • enforce compliance with safety, security, and food safety standards
  • maintain cleanliness and conduct preventive maintenance
  • implement marketing programs and adjust staffing based on business needs
  • secure company assets and ensure compliance with government regulations
