Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • one year restaurant management experience
  • food safety certification according to state or local requirements
  • reliable transportation
  • valid driver’s license and insurance
  • ability to maintain an acceptable driving record if position requires business driving

Job Duties

  • assist in the overall management of restaurant operations
  • ensure adherence to company guest service standards
  • conduct audits and manage administrative tasks
  • support human resource policies including recruitment and employee relations
  • enforce safety and security policies and procedures
  • train and develop the restaurant team
  • manage financial controllables including labor, food, supplies, cash management, and bank deposits
  • maintain operational standards including cleanliness and compliance with health inspections
  • resolve guest complaints effectively and empower staff to do the same
  • implement company marketing programs
  • communicate operational issues to general manager or district manager
  • build positive relationships with employees, management, vendors, and customers
