- high school diploma or equivalent
- one year restaurant management experience
- food safety certification according to state or local requirements
- reliable transportation
- valid driver’s license and insurance
- ability to maintain an acceptable driving record if position requires business driving

Job Duties
- assist in the overall management of restaurant operations
- ensure adherence to company guest service standards
- conduct audits and manage administrative tasks
- support human resource policies including recruitment and employee relations
- enforce safety and security policies and procedures
- train and develop the restaurant team
- manage financial controllables including labor, food, supplies, cash management, and bank deposits
- maintain operational standards including cleanliness and compliance with health inspections
- resolve guest complaints effectively and empower staff to do the same
- implement company marketing programs
- communicate operational issues to general manager or district manager
- build positive relationships with employees, management, vendors, and customers
