Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- one year restaurant management experience
- food safety certification
- reliable transportation
- valid driver’s license and insurance where driving is required
- acceptable driving record for positions requiring significant business driving
- ability to work under minimal supervision and take ownership of responsibilities
- excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- assist in recruitment of shift manager and hourly candidates
- implement and utilize employee orientation programs
- facilitate development and training plans
- build and maintain positive work environment
- conduct performance reviews and provide timely feedback
- use constructive disciplinary procedures
- resolve communication and problem issues on shifts
- ensure 100 percent guest satisfaction
- lead by example to meet company guest standards
- manage financial controllables including labor, food, supplies, audits and cash management
- maintain company asset security
- ensure compliance with training standards and operational procedures
- maintain cleanliness and safety programs
- comply with food safety and sanitation codes
- communicate operational variances and employee issues
- complete employee and restaurant paperwork
- execute marketing programs and plan shifts accordingly
