Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • one year restaurant management experience
  • food safety certification
  • reliable transportation
  • valid driver’s license and insurance where driving is required
  • acceptable driving record for positions requiring significant business driving
  • ability to work under minimal supervision and take ownership of responsibilities
  • excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • ability to handle constructive criticism
  • team player with optimistic leadership approach
  • decisive problem-solving skills

Job Qualifications

  • one year restaurant management experience preferably in quick service restaurant
  • food safety certification according to state or local requirements

Job Duties

  • assist in recruitment of shift manager and hourly candidates
  • implement and utilize employee orientation programs
  • facilitate development and training plans
  • build and maintain positive work environment
  • conduct performance reviews and provide timely feedback
  • use constructive disciplinary procedures
  • resolve communication and problem issues on shifts
  • ensure 100 percent guest satisfaction
  • lead by example to meet company guest standards
  • manage financial controllables including labor, food, supplies, audits and cash management
  • maintain company asset security
  • ensure compliance with training standards and operational procedures
  • maintain cleanliness and safety programs
  • comply with food safety and sanitation codes
  • communicate operational variances and employee issues
  • complete employee and restaurant paperwork
  • execute marketing programs and plan shifts accordingly
