Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- one year of restaurant management experience
- food safety certification as per local or state regulations
- reliable transportation
- valid driver’s license and insurance for positions requiring driving
- acceptable driving record for positions involving significant business driving
- strong personal effectiveness and ownership of tasks
- excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- collaborative team player mindset
- ability to give clear work direction and motivation
- analytical skills to interpret reports and inventory data
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- one year restaurant management experience, QSR preferred
- food safety certification according to state or local requirements
- advanced studies in business, restaurant management or related field helpful
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to analyze reports and manage inventory accurately
- proficiency in managing financial reports and audits
- ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
- effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Job Duties
- Assist in recruitment of shift manager and hourly candidates
- implement employee orientation programs
- facilitate development and training plans for restaurant team
- build and maintain a positive work environment
- conduct performance reviews and provide timely feedback
- use constructive disciplinary procedures and document employee performance
- ensure communication channels and problem resolution on all shifts
- escalate matters to RGM, DM or HR as needed
- ensure restaurant meets company guest service standards
- lead by example to ensure 100 percent guest satisfaction
- deliver above company standards in VOCs initiatives
- manage financial controllables including labor, overtime, food, supplies and cash management
- conduct audits and bank deposits per company standards
- maintain and protect company assets
- ensure compliance with all training standards and operational procedures
- maintain cleanliness and safety programs
- comply with municipal, state and federal codes
- utilize food safety checklists
- communicate operational variances and employee issues
- monitor deletions and over rings adherence
- complete employee and restaurant paperwork timely
- comply with all company policies
- implement and execute marketing programs
- recognize business generators and plan shifts accordingly
