Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum one year experience in restaurant management, preferably QSR
  • food safety certification according to state or local regulations
  • reliable transportation
  • valid driver’s license and insurance for positions requiring driving
  • acceptable driving record for positions with significant business driving
  • ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail
  • good interpersonal and communication skills
  • capability to provide clear direction and motivate team
  • ability to comply with all regulatory and company policies

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • one year restaurant management experience, QSR preferred
  • advanced studies in business or restaurant management helpful
  • food safety certification as per state or local requirements
  • reliable transportation and valid driver’s license and insurance for applicable positions
  • acceptable motor vehicle record for positions requiring significant business driving
  • strong personal effectiveness and organizational skills
  • ability to operate with minimal supervision
  • excellent teamwork and leadership abilities
  • strong analytical skills for report reading and inventory management

Job Duties

  • Assist in recruitment of shift managers and hourly candidates
  • implement and utilize employee orientation program
  • facilitate development and training plans for restaurant team
  • build and maintain a positive work environment
  • conduct performance reviews and provide timely feedback
  • ensure communication and problem resolution across shifts
  • lead the restaurant team to ensure 100 percent guest satisfaction
  • track and manage financial controllables including labor and food costs
  • maintain operational standards and compliance
  • follow safety and security procedures
  • ensure cleanliness and preventive maintenance
  • comply with health and safety regulations
  • complete employee and restaurant paperwork timely
  • execute marketing programs to optimal effect
  • monitor deletions and overrings
  • escalate employee and operational issues as needed
