Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • minimum 2 years of quick service restaurant experience including shift management
  • strong communication skills
  • positive attitude
  • team player
  • ability to follow directions and work independently
  • good physical condition for bending, standing, twisting, walking, and lifting
  • basic math and computer skills
  • ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • willingness to learn and accept feedback

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of quick service restaurant experience including running shifts without supervision
  • mastery of all aspects of Crew Member, Slice Master, Bread Master, and Certified Trainer positions
  • great communication skills including basic math, reading, and computer skills
  • ability to work autonomously following directions
  • strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
  • positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • team player able to work in fast-paced environment
  • physical ability to perform duties including bending, standing, twisting, walking for full shifts, and lifting up to 40 pounds

Job Duties

  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations
  • build and train the team
  • prepare weekly shift schedules and manage crew availability
  • perform inventory counts
  • reinforce a customer service mentality among employees
  • ensure all employees follow brand standards and safety/sanitation policies
  • respond respectfully to guest requests and assist in resolving complaints
  • enforce all Federal, State, and Local laws related to safety, sanitation, labor, and administrative tasks
