Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum one year restaurant management experience
  • food safety certification as per local laws
  • reliable transportation
  • valid driver’s license and insurance for driving roles
  • strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • ability to handle multiple tasks and work under minimal supervision
  • self-motivation and personal ownership of responsibilities
  • ability to provide clear work direction and motivate teams
  • proficiency in analyzing operational reports and managing inventory

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • one year restaurant management experience (QSR preferred)
  • advanced studies in business or restaurant management helpful
  • food safety certification according to local requirements
  • reliable transportation and valid driver’s license for positions requiring driving
  • acceptable driving record for significant business driving positions
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to analyze reports and conduct inventory counts

Job Duties

  • Assist in the recruitment of shift managers and hourly candidates
  • implement employee orientation programs
  • facilitate training and development plans
  • build a positive work environment
  • conduct performance reviews
  • provide feedback and recognition
  • utilize disciplinary procedures and document performance
  • ensure communication and problem resolution on all shifts
  • ensure restaurant meets guest standards
  • lead by example to achieve 100% guest satisfaction
  • utilize BLAST to resolve guest complaints
  • track and manage labor, overtime, food and supplies
  • conduct audits and manage cash and bank deposits
  • maintain operational standards
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • maintain cleanliness and preventive maintenance
  • complete employee and restaurant paperwork
  • comply with company policies
  • implement marketing programs and plan shifts accordingly
