- minimum one year restaurant management experience
- food safety certification as per local laws
- reliable transportation
- valid driver’s license and insurance for driving roles
- strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks and work under minimal supervision
- self-motivation and personal ownership of responsibilities
- ability to provide clear work direction and motivate teams
- proficiency in analyzing operational reports and managing inventory
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- one year restaurant management experience (QSR preferred)
- advanced studies in business or restaurant management helpful
- food safety certification according to local requirements
- reliable transportation and valid driver’s license for positions requiring driving
- acceptable driving record for significant business driving positions
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to analyze reports and conduct inventory counts
Job Duties
- Assist in the recruitment of shift managers and hourly candidates
- implement employee orientation programs
- facilitate training and development plans
- build a positive work environment
- conduct performance reviews
- provide feedback and recognition
- utilize disciplinary procedures and document performance
- ensure communication and problem resolution on all shifts
- ensure restaurant meets guest standards
- lead by example to achieve 100% guest satisfaction
- utilize BLAST to resolve guest complaints
- track and manage labor, overtime, food and supplies
- conduct audits and manage cash and bank deposits
- maintain operational standards
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- maintain cleanliness and preventive maintenance
- complete employee and restaurant paperwork
- comply with company policies
- implement marketing programs and plan shifts accordingly
