Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- one year restaurant management experience preferably in QSR
- food safety certification according to state or local requirements
- reliable transportation
- valid driver’s license and insurance
- ability to handle constructive criticism maturely
- excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- strong team player attitude
- ability to motivate and lead employees
- analytical skills to read reports and manage inventory
- effective communication skills
Job Qualifications

- advanced studies in business or restaurant management helpful

Job Duties
- Assist in recruitment of shift manager and hourly candidates
- implement employee orientation program
- facilitate development and training plans
- build and maintain motivating work environment
- conduct performance reviews and provide timely feedback
- utilize communication processes for problem resolution
- ensure restaurant meets guest standards and lead by example
- manage financial controllables including labor, overtime, food, and supplies
- conduct audits and cash management
- maintain compliance with safety, health, and sanitation procedures
- follow opening, closing, and security procedures
- complete employee and restaurant paperwork timely
- implement marketing programs and recognize business generators
