Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- one year restaurant management experience
- food safety certification according to state or local requirements
- reliable transportation
- valid driver’s license and insurance where applicable
- ability to handle multiple tasks and operate under minimal supervision
- strong problem-solving skills
- ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee issues

Job Duties
- assist in the overall management of restaurant operations
- ensure adherence to company guest service standards
- audit and manage administrative, human resource, safety and security policies and procedures
- ensure the restaurant team is properly trained and developed
- meet the fiscal goals of the restaurant
- assist in recruitment and orientation of new employees
- conduct performance reviews and provide employee feedback
- resolve employee and customer issues
- manage financial controllables including labor, food, supplies, and cash
- maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- oversee operational procedures including opening and closing
- implement marketing programs
- build and maintain relationships with staff, management, vendors, and customers
