Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of restaurant management experience, preferably in QSR
- Food safety certification according to state or local requirements
- Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance for applicable positions
- Ability to handle responsibility with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Effective interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

Job Duties
- Assist in overall restaurant management and operations
- Ensure adherence to guest service standards and company policies
- Assist in recruitment, training, and development of restaurant staff
- Conduct performance reviews and manage employee relations
- Monitor financial controllables including labor, food costs, and cash management
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Implement marketing programs and manage shift planning
- Build and maintain positive relationships with staff, management, vendors, and customers
