Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • one year restaurant management experience
  • food safety certification according to state or local requirements
  • reliable transportation
  • valid driver’s license and insurance for required driving roles
  • maintained acceptable driving record for District Managers and similar positions
  • ability to work under minimal supervision
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • motivated and self-directed
  • team player with leadership capabilities

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • one year of restaurant management experience preferably in QSR
  • food safety certification as per local or state requirements
  • advanced studies in business or restaurant management are helpful
  • ability to analyze reports and count inventory accurately
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • effective communication and problem-solving abilities

Job Duties

  • assist in recruitment of shift managers and hourly staff
  • implement and utilize employee orientation program
  • facilitate development and training plans
  • provide timely feedback and conduct performance reviews
  • use constructive disciplinary procedures and document employee performance
  • ensure communication and conflict resolution across shifts
  • lead restaurant team to ensure 100 percent guest satisfaction
  • utilize BLAST to resolve guest complaints
  • track and manage financial controllables including labor, overtime, food and supplies
  • conduct audits and manage cash and bank deposits
  • maintain compliance with training, safety and security procedures
  • ensure cleanliness and preventive maintenance
  • comply with health, safety and sanitation regulations
  • complete employee and restaurant paperwork timely
  • implement and execute marketing programs
  • monitor deletions and over rings
  • communicate operational variances to management
