Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • one year restaurant management experience preferably in quick-service restaurants
  • food safety certification according to state or local requirements
  • reliable transportation
  • maintain a valid driver’s license and insurance
  • maintain an acceptable driving record if driving responsibilities apply
  • ability to operate under minimal supervision
  • good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • strong interpersonal and team leadership abilities
  • ability to handle constructive criticism and self-motivate

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • one year restaurant management experience preferably in quick-service restaurants
  • food safety certification according to local or state requirements
  • advanced studies in business or restaurant management are helpful
  • ability to read and analyze reports and count inventory accurately

Job Duties

  • assist in recruitment of shift managers and hourly candidates
  • implement company-defined employee orientation programs
  • facilitate development and training plans for restaurant team
  • build and maintain a positive and motivating work environment
  • conduct performance reviews and provide timely feedback
  • use constructive disciplinary procedures and document employee performance
  • ensure communication channels and problem resolution on all shifts
  • utilize bulletin boards and company information for communication
  • escalate performance issues and employment decisions as needed
  • ensure restaurant meets company guest service standards
  • lead by example to ensure 100% guest satisfaction
  • deliver at or above company standards in VOCs initiatives
  • utilize BLAST for resolving guest complaints
  • manage financial controllables including labor and food costs
  • conduct audits, cash management, and banking per company standards
  • maintain and protect company assets
  • develop CORE behaviors and standards
  • maintain operational updates and restaurant manuals
  • follow opening, closing, safety and security procedures
  • maintain cleanliness and preventive maintenance programs
  • ensure compliance with health and safety codes and procedures
  • complete employee and restaurant paperwork timely
  • comply with all company policies
  • implement and execute marketing programs
  • plan shifts according to business generators and traffic patterns
