Job Requirements

  • Valid driver's license with safe driving record
  • Access to an insured vehicle for delivery roles if applicable
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and move quickly within tight spaces
  • Capability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work in varying temperature conditions and occasionally adverse weather
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong multitasking, judgment, and decision-making skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in retail or food service management preferred
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to operate standard kitchen and restaurant equipment
  • Competence in basic math including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • Proficiency with inventory management and point of sale systems
  • Demonstrated leadership ability and teamwork skills

Job Duties

  • Manage all activities during assigned shift including cost controls, oversee inventory and cash control
  • Maintain excellent customer relations while setting positive team example
  • Follow and enforce all company policies and procedures without exception
  • Handle staffing, scheduling, and paperwork related to store operations
  • Ensure food management standards, store cleanliness, and perfect store image
  • Engage in marketing activities to promote store profitability and growth
  • Monitor attendance and punctuality of staff, and ensure timely transportation to and from work when applicable
