Job Requirements
- Valid driver's license with safe driving record
- Access to an insured vehicle for delivery roles if applicable
- Ability to stand for extended periods and move quickly within tight spaces
- Capability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions and occasionally adverse weather
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong multitasking, judgment, and decision-making skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in retail or food service management preferred
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to operate standard kitchen and restaurant equipment
- Competence in basic math including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Proficiency with inventory management and point of sale systems
- Demonstrated leadership ability and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Manage all activities during assigned shift including cost controls, oversee inventory and cash control
- Maintain excellent customer relations while setting positive team example
- Follow and enforce all company policies and procedures without exception
- Handle staffing, scheduling, and paperwork related to store operations
- Ensure food management standards, store cleanliness, and perfect store image
- Engage in marketing activities to promote store profitability and growth
- Monitor attendance and punctuality of staff, and ensure timely transportation to and from work when applicable
