Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with safe driving record
- Access to an insured vehicle for deliveries
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be punctual and have reliable transportation
- Ability to work varying hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and company policies
Job Qualifications
- Domino's management experience
- Ability to operate all store equipment
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Proficient in basic math including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Ability to make correct monetary change
- Ability to handle delivery navigation and driving
- Ability to work under stress and meet quality control standards
- Team leadership and training experience
Job Duties
- Manage all operations during shift including cost control, inventory control, and cash control
- Set an example by following all policies and procedures 100 percent of the time
- Staff scheduling and management
- Maintain store cleanliness and perfect image
- Ensure great customer service and handle customer relations
- Complete paperwork and adhere to food safety standards
- Deliver product by car and ensure timely deliveries
- Unload deliveries and stock ingredients
- Train and orient new team members
- Use equipment and tools effectively
- Manage marketing and store profitability
- Handle cash and make correct monetary change
- Take and process telephone orders
