Job Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, lift up to 50 pounds, carry items, push and pull objects
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver’s license and access to insured vehicle for delivery
- Ability to navigate delivery routes and read maps
- Strong eye-hand coordination and motor skills
- Ability to perform physical activities including stooping, bending, crouching, and reaching
- Compliance with company policies and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a supervisory or assistant management role preferred
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Basic math proficiency including ability to make correct monetary change
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver’s license with safe driving record
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain high quality standards
- Capability to operate pizza-making equipment and computer systems
Job Duties
- Manage all store operations during shifts including cost controls, inventory control, cash handling, and customer relations
- Set an example by following all policies and procedures 100 percent of the time and ensuring the same from crew
- Handle staffing, scheduling, and paperwork
- Oversee food management and maintain store cleanliness
- Ensure great customer service, adherence to standards, attendance, and punctuality
- Contribute to marketing efforts and drive store profitability
- Deliver pizzas and flyers when required
