- Minimum of 1 year leadership experience in the restaurant industry
- Experience controlling costs and leading shifts
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work within scheduled hours of 11 am to 10 pm

Job Duties
- Lead and motivate restaurant shifts to ensure quality service

- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high food and service standards
- Participate in the Secret Shopper program and help the team earn bonuses
- Manage daily operations including opening and closing procedures
- Implement company policies and uphold Five Guys Core Convictions
