Job Requirements
- One or more years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry
- Proven ability to control costs and lead shifts
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Availability to work during the specified restaurant hours of 11:00 am to 10:00 pm
- Legal authorization to work in the United States as verified through eVerify
- Willingness to participate in team activities and bonus programs
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of leadership experience in the restaurant industry
- Experience controlling costs and managing shift teams
- Strong team-building and motivational skills
- Customer service oriented with a friendly and positive demeanor
- Ability to set high standards for oneself and the team
- Energetic and honest character
- Experience with performance-based bonus programs is a plus
Job Duties
- Lead and motivate restaurant team members to provide excellent customer service
- Manage daily restaurant operations including opening and closing procedures
- Control labor, food, and operational costs
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards
- Conduct staff training and development
- Handle customer complaints and feedback to ensure satisfaction
- Participate in Secret Shopper evaluations and implement improvement plans
