Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- at least 1 year of restaurant experience
- availability to work night shifts preferred
- availability to work weekdays, weekends, and some holidays
- ability to work mornings and/or evenings
- ability to stand and walk for long periods
- good communication skills
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- proven experience as a line cook
- experience using cutting tools, cookware, and bakeware
- knowledge of various cooking procedures such as grilling, frying, and boiling
- ability to follow all sanitation procedures
- ability to work in a team environment
- very good communication skills
Job Duties
- complete prep work and cleaning duties before, during and after shifts
- prepare ingredients to use in cooking including chopping and peeling vegetables and cutting meat
- prepare food safely, efficiently and in a timely manner
- ensure correct packaging of all meals including guest needs and requests following packaging guidelines
- maintain knowledge of our food and beverage menu
- maintain a clean and organized work space
- perform duties delegated by managers or supervisors
- communicate effectively with team members and managers
- stand and/or walk throughout shifts and for long periods of time
