Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years of age upon hire date
  • must have reliable transportation
  • completion of food safety certification within the first month of employment
  • completion of a skills-based certification within the first 120 days of employment
  • ability to work varied hours, days, and shifts as needed
  • ability to stand for extended periods of 8 to 10 hours
  • ability to perform repeated bending, standing, reaching
  • ability to lift and push or pull up to 50 pounds
  • comfortable working in environments with wet floors, temperature fluctuations, and loud noise levels

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in food service or kitchen operations preferred
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • ability to manage inventory and labor costs
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • proficiency in multitasking in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Interact with customers and employees in a respectful, courteous manner
  • speak honestly and act with integrity, upholding company values
  • conduct weekly inventory counts and generate cost of sales reports
  • manage and audit inventory levels to align with the budget
  • collaborate with the Kitchen Manager to assist in labor cost management by scheduling employees
  • assist in enforcing food safety and sanitation standards
  • stock food and beverage areas to ensure availability
  • prepare made to order food and beverages according to recipes and specifications
  • communicate procedures, promotions, and new products
  • perform additional tasks to support department success
