Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to work weekends, nights and holidays
- Must obtain Title 4 Certification and Food Handlers Card within 30 days of hire
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of tools
- Minimum one year experience as a sous chef
- Strong organization, planning, communication and time management skills

Job Duties
- Food preparation responsibility for plating, cooking and the presentation of food using established recipes and guidelines
- Conduct weekly inventory and work with head chef in ordering
- Handle data entry and management systems including ordering, inventory, scheduling, and managing food and labor costs
- Assist with the hiring, training, planning, assigning, directing work, providing performance management and team member discipline
- Ensure proper maintenance, operations and usage of kitchen equipment and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in kitchen, walk-in and freezer areas
- Enforce health and safety standards
