Job Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Passion for food and people
- Awesome, energetic attitude and personality
- Willingness to take direction and work both independently and with a team
- Be able to lift at least 20 pounds regularly and reach, squat, and bend
- Able to work in a fast-paced setting for up to 6 hours
- Willingness to learn and develop
- Reliable transportation to and from work
Job Qualifications
- Food Manager Protection Certification
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to delegate and provide direction
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency with technology and new platforms
- Experience in inventory management
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities
Job Duties
- Ensure all food meets food safety and quality standards to eliminate cross-contamination on the front line
- Accurately and faithfully complete daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning and maintenance lists
- Oversee, implement, and rollout all operations, new recipes, menus, and training
- Delegate tasks, provide direction, and see tasks to completion
- Mentor and develop team members
- Enforce all company policies and procedures
- Maintain budgeting and financial responsibilities
