Job Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Passion for food and people
  • Awesome, energetic attitude and personality
  • Willingness to take direction and work both independently and with a team
  • Be able to lift at least 20 pounds regularly and reach, squat, and bend
  • Able to work in a fast-paced setting for up to 6 hours
  • Willingness to learn and develop
  • Reliable transportation to and from work

Job Qualifications

  • Food Manager Protection Certification
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Comfort with technology
  • Willingness to learn and mentor others
  • Prior experience in kitchen or food service leadership preferred

Job Duties

  • Ensure all food meets food safety and quality standards to eliminate cross-contamination on the front line
  • Accurately and faithfully complete daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning and maintenance lists
  • Oversee, implement and rollout all operations, new recipes, menus, and training
  • Delegate tasks, provide direction and see tasks to completion
  • Mentor others and promote a positive team culture
  • Enforce all policies and foster a positive working environment
  • Maintain budgeting and financial responsibilities
