Job Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- passion for food and people
- energetic attitude and personality
- willingness to take direction and work independently and as part of a team
- ability to lift at least 20 pounds regularly and perform physical tasks such as reaching, squatting, and bending
- capacity to work in a fast-paced setting for up to 6 hours
- willingness to learn and develop
- reliable transportation to and from work

- Food Manager Protection Certification
- proven leadership skills in a kitchen or restaurant environment
- strong organizational skills

- ability to mentor and develop a team
- proficiency with technology
- experience in inventory management
- knowledge of food safety and quality standards
Job Duties
- Be an ambassador of the mission and core values
- ensure all food meets food safety and quality standards to eliminate cross-contamination
- hold Food Manager Protection Certification
- accurately complete daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning and maintenance lists
- oversee, implement, and rollout all operations, new recipes, menus, and training
- delegate tasks, provide direction, and ensure task completion
- mentor and train other team members
- communicate effectively internally and with vendors
- enforce all policies and coach procedures
- foster a positive team culture
- maintain budgeting and financial responsibilities
- utilize technology platforms and pay keen attention to detail
