Job Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older
  • passion for food and people

  • willingness to take direction and work independently and as part of a team
  • ability to lift at least 20 pounds regularly and perform physical tasks such as reaching, squatting, and bending
  • capacity to work in a fast-paced setting for up to 6 hours

Job Qualifications

  • Food Manager Protection Certification
  • proven leadership skills in a kitchen or restaurant environment
  • strong organizational skills

  • knowledge of food safety and quality standards

Job Duties

  • Be an ambassador of the mission and core values
  • ensure all food meets food safety and quality standards to eliminate cross-contamination
  • hold Food Manager Protection Certification
  • accurately complete daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning and maintenance lists
  • oversee, implement, and rollout all operations, new recipes, menus, and training
  • delegate tasks, provide direction, and ensure task completion
  • mentor and train other team members
  • communicate effectively internally and with vendors
  • enforce all policies and coach procedures
  • foster a positive team culture
  • maintain budgeting and financial responsibilities
  • utilize technology platforms and pay keen attention to detail
