Job Qualifications

  • Food Manager Protection Certification
  • Proven experience in a kitchen leadership or supervisory role

Job Duties

  • Lead and support back-of-house operations to ensure efficiency and quality
  • Mentor and develop kitchen team members to build a strong and cohesive unit
  • Enforce all company policies and food safety procedures including cross-contamination prevention
  • Manage inventory and maintain accurate records of cleaning and maintenance schedules
  • Collaborate with management to implement new recipes, menus, and training protocols
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and vendors to coordinate operations
  • Maintain budgeting and financial responsibilities related to kitchen management
