Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 21
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule averaging 45-50+ hours per week
  • Proven kitchen leadership and inventory management experience
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to manage staff scheduling and training
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive motions
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two or more years of kitchen leadership in a high-volume restaurant
  • ServSafe PIC/Manager certification
  • Strong culinary skills with ability to work all kitchen stations
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities
  • Experience with restaurant management software
  • Ability to foster team development and engagement

Job Duties

  • Drive cultural alignment by modeling company behaviors and creating a respectful team environment
  • Lead and guide kitchen operations during assigned shifts, supervising food preparation, cooking, and presentation
  • Conduct pre-shift meetings and quality checks, troubleshoot operational issues, and maintain shift documentation
  • Monitor and maintain food quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction while partnering with location leadership
  • Assist with staff scheduling, hiring, training, and performance management to develop the kitchen team
  • Support inventory management including ordering, receiving, and minimizing waste to control costs
  • Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards, ensuring compliance and kitchen equipment maintenance
