  • Strong knowledge of food preparation and health and safety regulations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Assist the kitchen manager in overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen
  • Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards and that all health and safety regulations are adhered to
  • Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff
  • Assist in menu planning and recipe development
