Job Qualifications

  • Management experience in a restaurant or food service environment
  • Prior experience as a kitchen manager, assistant manager, supervisor, crew lead or similar role
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Basic computer literacy for scheduling and inventory management

Job Duties

  • Oversee the production of high-quality food items with precision and accuracy
  • Implement and monitor food safety and cleanliness guidelines
  • Manage kitchen staff to ensure efficient and timely food preparation
  • Maintain proper quality assurance parameters throughout food production
  • Coordinate kitchen operations to align with restaurant standards
  • Train and develop kitchen team members
  • Manage inventory and ensure proper storage of food supplies
