Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Leadership or shift lead experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of ticket pacing and line coordination
  • Ability to lead calmly and effectively during peak service
  • Detail-oriented with strong operational awareness
  • Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Help oversee daily kitchen operations alongside the kitchen manager
  • Monitor food quality, consistency, and plating standards
  • Ensure efficient prep production and organized station setup
  • Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and storage protocols
  • Support scheduling flow and execution during high-volume service
  • Assist with onboarding and training new back-of-house team members
  • Track inventory levels, support ordering, and minimize product waste
  • Foster a focused, accountable, and team-oriented kitchen environment
