- At least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Leadership or shift lead experience preferred
- Strong understanding of ticket pacing and line coordination
- Ability to lead calmly and effectively during peak service
- Detail-oriented with strong operational awareness
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Help oversee daily kitchen operations alongside the kitchen manager
- Monitor food quality, consistency, and plating standards
- Ensure efficient prep production and organized station setup
- Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and storage protocols
- Support scheduling flow and execution during high-volume service
- Assist with onboarding and training new back-of-house team members
- Track inventory levels, support ordering, and minimize product waste
- Foster a focused, accountable, and team-oriented kitchen environment
