Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to lift 25 lbs consistently and 50 lbs occasionally
- Ability to bend, kneel and stand for extended periods
- Food Safety Manager Certification
- Ability to communicate effectively with management
- Ability to work well with computers
- Ability to read and understand information and direction

Job Duties
- Ensure sanitation and physical and food safety standards are maintained as measured through internal and external audits and expectations
- Train, coach, develop, and provide feedback to kitchen hosts to achieve established performance standards
- Ensure kitchen hosts provide guests with the desired level of service consistent with our established Purpose, Priorities, and Service Standards
- Ensure practices and procedures are followed to achieve budgeted sales, shrink, and profits for Bluebird Kitchen
- Monitor and manage inventory to ensure food quality and desired product, wrap, and supply levels
- Operate the department according to merchandising and operational guidelines and programs
- Ensure the quality of product for sale meets Floco Foods standards
- Perform product preparation, receiving, ordering, stocking, and guest service to achieve standards
- Assist the Bluebird Kitchen Manager with scheduling for the kitchen area
- Actively engage with guests to promote products and services
- Perform all other duties as assigned by management
