Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs consistently and 50 lbs occasionally
  • Ability to bend, kneel and stand for extended periods
  • Food Safety Manager Certification
  • Ability to communicate effectively with management
  • Ability to work well with computers
  • Ability to read and understand information and direction

  • Ability to communicate effectively with the Department Manager, Store Manager, and Merchandiser
  • Ability to work well with computers
  • Food Safety Manager Certification

Job Duties

  • Ensure sanitation and physical and food safety standards are maintained as measured through internal and external audits and expectations
  • Train, coach, develop, and provide feedback to kitchen hosts to achieve established performance standards
  • Ensure kitchen hosts provide guests with the desired level of service consistent with our established Purpose, Priorities, and Service Standards
  • Ensure practices and procedures are followed to achieve budgeted sales, shrink, and profits for Bluebird Kitchen
  • Monitor and manage inventory to ensure food quality and desired product, wrap, and supply levels
  • Operate the department according to merchandising and operational guidelines and programs
  • Ensure the quality of product for sale meets Floco Foods standards
  • Perform product preparation, receiving, ordering, stocking, and guest service to achieve standards
  • Assist the Bluebird Kitchen Manager with scheduling for the kitchen area
  • Actively engage with guests to promote products and services
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by management
