  • previous experience in a kitchen environment preferably in a supervisory role

  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

  • flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • assist the kitchen manager in overseeing daily kitchen operations
  • ensure food quality and presentation meet established standards
  • help manage inventory including ordering and receiving supplies
  • train and supervise kitchen staff fostering a collaborative team environment
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and storage areas
  • monitor food safety and sanitation practices in compliance with health regulations
  • assist in menu planning and development of new recipes
  • support cost control measures to minimize waste and maximize efficiency
