Job Duties
- assist the kitchen manager in overseeing daily kitchen operations
- ensure food quality and presentation meet established standards
- help manage inventory including ordering and receiving supplies
- train and supervise kitchen staff fostering a collaborative team environment
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and storage areas
- monitor food safety and sanitation practices in compliance with health regulations
- assist in menu planning and development of new recipes
- support cost control measures to minimize waste and maximize efficiency
