Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- minimum 1 year customer-facing experience in retail, dining, or food service
- leadership experience preferred
- demonstrated success in guest experience and team coaching
- basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
- availability for flexible scheduling including holidays and weekends
- ability to perform physical tasks related to bakery operation
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- willingness to extend work hours during peak holiday periods
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of customer-facing experience in retail, dining, or food service sectors
- prior leadership experience preferred
- demonstrated ability to create excellent guest experiences and coach team members
- proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

- ability to work varied shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Give top priority to enhancing the guest experience and nurture a supportive work environment
- act as partner to Bakery Manager in supervising customer experience, cake development, branding, product exhibition, work environment, and inventory regulation
- recruit, train, and supervise team members, delegate daily tasks, and provide coaching on performance
- oversee adherence to product, service, bakery environment, visual merchandising, food safety, and operational standards
- assist Bakery Manager in operational duties including production scheduling, goal setting, team scheduling, ordering supplies, sales and labor reporting, basic accounting, managing expenses, and payroll processing
- supervise customized order fulfillment via web and email channels
- oversee bakery shift commencement and conclusion including cash reconciliation and bank deposits
- participate in and facilitate marketing strategies and community events to strengthen brand presence
- maintain expertise in bakery roles and adapt to business needs as required
