Job Requirements
- completion of high school education or equivalent
- prior experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment preferred
- knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- ability to follow safety regulations and procedures
- strong communication skills
- capability to work effectively in a team
- ability to manage inventory and food wastage
Job Qualifications
- proficiency in grasping and communicating chipotle's ethos of prioritizing food with integrity
- proficiency in the main language(s) spoken in the workplace area
- completion of high school education or its equivalent
- prior restaurant-related work experience preferred
Job Duties
- assure food quality through the precise cooking and preparation of meals according to order specifics and kitchen guidelines
- manage the monitoring of food wastage and inventory levels, addressing any issues with food quality as necessary
- enhance team cohesion between the back-of-house crew and front-of-house crew members
- assist in the transformation of crew members into upcoming kitchen leaders
- enhance customer service and operational efficiency by fostering effective communication with both crew members and patrons
- ensure the kitchen area remains sanitary and well-kept
- oversee the maintenance of kitchen devices to ensure they are in good condition and quickly fixed if any problems arise
