Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a kitchen management role
- excellent interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- knowledge of food safety standards and practices
- ability to lead and motivate a team

Job Duties
- manage hourly back of house employees, including conducting performance evaluations, coaching and discipline
- reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring back of house employees
- directing work for employees including setting hours and weekly schedules and assigning tasks before, during and after open hours of the restaurant
- doing food orders according to pars
- providing, directing and scheduling back of house training
- supervise and overseeing the production and preparation of food in a manner consistent with established recipes and procedures
- plating dishes according to Native Grill & Wings plate presentations
- conducting formal line Taste & Temps
- enforcing appropriate security measures at the restaurant so that the safety of our employees and guests are maintained at all times
- manage food costs by conducting bi-weekly inventory
- understanding, managing, and practicing safe food handling procedures
- maintaining a positive, consistent, open working environment
