Job Requirements

- Prior restaurant-related work experience preferred

Job Qualifications
- Proficiency in grasping and communicating Chipotle's ethos of prioritizing Food With Integrity
- Proficiency in the main language(s) spoken in the workplace area
- Completion of high school education or its equal
- Prior restaurant-related work experience preferred
Job Duties
- Assure food quality through the precise cooking and preparation of meals according to order specifics and kitchen guidelines
- Manage the monitoring of food wastage and inventory levels, addressing any issues with food quality as necessary
- Enhance team cohesion between the back-of-house Crew and front-of-house Crew members
- Assist in the transformation of crew members into upcoming kitchen leaders
- Enhance customer service and operational efficiency by fostering effective communication with both Crew members and patrons
- Ensure the kitchen area remains sanitary and well-kept
- Oversee the maintenance of kitchen devices to ensure they are in good condition and quickly fixed if any problems arise
- Follow all safety regulations to ensure the prevention of injuries and accidents
- Properly document Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and maintain Inventory Rotation using the FIFO system as stipulated
