Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years experience in kitchen or restaurant management
- knowledge of safe food handling procedures
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- ability to manage inventory and control waste
- ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment

Job Duties
- Supervises and oversees the production of food
- enforces compliance with employment policies in conjunction with management
- monitors tickets and sets pace during peak hours
- manages the restaurant through hands-on supervision including serving and cooking
- conducts formal line taste and temperature checks
- ensures proper handling, maintenance, and storage of all items
- manages inventory and tracks waste under Kitchen Manager's direction
- monitors and maintains cleanliness and equipment maintenance
- ensures consistency in food and service to increase sales
- practices safe food handling procedures
- ensures back of house employees follow established recipes and procedures
- creates a safe environment and assists in employee development
- maintains cleanliness and safety at all times
- fosters the restaurant culture and lives core values every day
