Job Requirements
- Experience in kitchen management or a similar culinary leadership role

Job Duties
- Support the Kitchen Manager in daily kitchen operations and supervision of kitchen staff
- Ensure food preparation and service meet the establishment’s quality standards
- Oversee kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and task completion
- Assist in ordering, receiving, and managing inventory of food and supplies
- Monitor stock levels to avoid shortages and minimize waste
- Ensure the kitchen adheres to health and safety regulations
- Conduct regular cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment and areas
- Assist in training new kitchen staff and ongoing training for existing staff
- Help in scheduling and managing staff shifts
- Collaborate with the Kitchen Manager to develop and maintain the restaurant menu
- Ensure consistency and quality in all dishes prepared
- Assist in food preparation and service during peak times
- Track and minimize food waste to maintain profitability
- Address customer feedback and complaints professionally and promptly
