Job Duties
- Lead shifts with energy and enthusiasm
- assist Kitchen Manager with day-to-day kitchen operations
- set standards for food quality, presentation, and safety
- coach and support kitchen team through hands-on training
- plan prep and manage workflow for efficient service
- assist with inventory management, ordering, and cost control
- collaborate with front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service and event execution
- maintain clean and safe kitchen environment by enforcing health and hygiene standards
- develop personal and team skills in a busy entertainment venue
