Job Requirements

  • minimum 1 year supporting or managing a similar function
  • availability to work nights and weekends
  • sound understanding and knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards
  • proactive with a sense of urgency and positive attitude
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • well organized planner who works well under timeline pressures and multitasks
  • capable problem-solver who thinks on their feet
  • proven ability to build and manage relationships
  • capable of lifting up to 25 pounds and standing for long periods
  • desire to advance career and contribute to business growth

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts with energy and enthusiasm
  • assist Kitchen Manager with day-to-day kitchen operations
  • set standards for food quality, presentation, and safety
  • coach and support kitchen team through hands-on training
  • plan prep and manage workflow for efficient service
  • assist with inventory management, ordering, and cost control
  • collaborate with front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service and event execution
  • maintain clean and safe kitchen environment by enforcing health and hygiene standards
  • develop personal and team skills in a busy entertainment venue
